Privacy Policy

This website does not have accounts, logins, or shopping carts, and you can read every page without entering any personal information.

If you choose to contact us — by calling the warehouse, emailing info@bestmaterials.co, or using the quote form — you will share whatever information you decide to include, such as your name, phone number, company, the jobsite city, and the details of your order or question. We use that information only to respond to you and to fulfill your request.

The quote form sends what you type directly to the warehouse team's internal messaging workspace so they can call you back. It is not stored on this website, and it is not used for marketing.

Like most websites, our hosting provider may automatically record standard technical information when you visit — such as your IP address, browser type, the pages you view, and the date and time of your visit. This is used to keep the site running, secure, and reliable.

We use website analytics to understand and improve how the site is used (see “Website analytics” below), but we do not use advertising trackers and we do not sell information about your visit.

We use Google Analytics, a service provided by Google, to understand how visitors find and use this site — for example, which pages are viewed and how people arrive — so we can improve it. To do this, Google Analytics sets cookies and may receive information such as your IP address, device and browser type, and the pages you visit.

We use this information only in aggregate, to see what is working on the site — not to identify you personally. Google processes it as our service provider and subject to Google's own privacy policy. You can opt out of Google Analytics on every site by installing Google's browser add-on at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.

We use the information you provide to answer questions, prepare quotes, stage orders for pickup, and arrange delivery. We use technical information to operate and protect the site.

We do not sell your personal information.

If you give us your mobile number and agree to receive text messages, we may text you about your account and orders — for example invoice and payment reminders, updates when an order is ready for pickup or out for delivery, and replies to your questions. Agreeing to receive texts is never a condition of buying from us.

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message, and reply HELP for help — or contact us using the details below.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number and your consent to receive texts are used only to send the messages described above, and are shared only with the service providers that deliver those messages on our behalf.

Our contact area includes a map embedded from Google Maps. When that map loads, Google may receive your IP address and set its own cookies, subject to Google's privacy policy. We do not control Google's use of that information. If you prefer not to load it, you can avoid interacting with the map.

We share information only with service providers that help us operate — for example, the company that hosts this website — and only as needed for them to provide that service. We may also disclose information if required by law.

We keep order and contact information for as long as needed to serve you and to meet our business and legal obligations, then dispose of it. We take reasonable steps to protect information, though no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

This site is intended for businesses and tradespeople and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the date shown above.
